Paediatric reviews
I was very happy to see my daughter allowing Dr Kirsten Simpson and her assistant to clean her teeth. It was so good that Kirsten remembered that talking softly and counting to ten calms her. My daughter is brain damaged and blind. A big thank you to both of them.

Paediatrics FAQ
Paediatric FAQ
No not at all. We would be delighted to see them. Many of our new consultations come to us after recommendation from previously treated patients. Should you decide to go ahead with treatment, we would work closely with your child’s dentist to ensure the best outcome.
After a brief chat about your wishes we’ll take a series of photographs, and possibly X-rays. We will then talk through treatment options, including how long the treatment will take, and what the financial investment will be.
Coming to the dentist can be a little overwhelming for children and young people, particularly if they are attending for treatment with sedation. To prepare them for treatment, we offer acclimatisation appointments so that they can grow familiar with the clinical environment and the instruments we may need to use. We find this to be of particular benefit to children who are anxious or require additional support.
