Cancellation Policy

Any standard* Hygiene and Check-up appointments not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at £46.20. 

Treatment appointments not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the clinician’s hourly rate.

If we manage to fill your appointment the same day, then these fees will be amended.

All appointment reminders are sent by email.

*PLEASE NOTE that 45 MINUTE and 1 HOUR HYGIENE APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT STANDARD
